Hi I brought my Sony HDR-SR10 HD camcorder about 18mths ago and I still can’t seem to download any of the videos from it.
I have no idea why but i don’t want to lose the videos I have taken so until I figure out how to download I can’t use the camera. I had an analogy video camera before and had no problems
any idea??/

Your best bet is to buy Sony Vegas. It has native support for AVCHD files. And it’s real easy to edit and then convert files to Windows Media to upload to YouTube.
