Does anyone know anything about the Alltel and Verizon merger?

I am a customer of Alltel and I keep asking what the merger means for me and my network. I get the same answer that they really can’t say right now. My big question is Alltel going to Verizon’s network or is Verizon going to Alltel’s network?

i just switched from T-Mobile to Alltel. I was told that Alltel was merging with Verizon and that the plan you have with Alltel will stay the same only the ones who come after the merger is complete will change. This is going to be the best cellphone merger ever.
