How does the bright futures scholarship work?

Hi, please help me.
I took summer classes (i’m going to be a freshman monday) and earned a 2.375 GPA.I got 75% bright futures. WHen does bright futures check my gpa so i get my reward? I have heard it’s the end of the spring semester so i still have time to pull my grade up.. please help!
